药物性肝损伤,也被称为药物诱导肝毒性（DILI），是由于药物（处方药及非处方药）、草药、食品添加剂及其他外源性物质导致的肝脏异常或功能障碍。药物是肝脏损伤的重要原因。药物性肝损伤是导致药物研发终止或撤市的最常见的原因。

DILI 已被证实是一个由多种机制参与的复杂病理过程，其中包括肝脏的结构和功能完整性的直接损害（例如线粒体功能障碍）；产生改变肝细胞结构和功能的代谢产物；产生能与肝蛋白结合的反应性药物代谢产物，从而产生新的抗原性药物-蛋白质加合物，这些新的加合物被宿主的防御系统所针对（半抗原假说），并引发损害肝脏的全身超敏反应（即药物过敏）。

Formulation:

A collection of 1397 drug-induced liver injury compounds supplied as pre-dissolved Solutions or Solid
Solution: 1369 compounds supplied in 10 mM solution, 22 compounds supplied in 2 mM solution, 6 compounds supplied in 3 mg/mL solution.

Layout:

96-well storage tube or 96-well plate: 1st and 12th column are left empty.
384-well plate: the first two columns and the last two columns are left empty.
Compounds with different concentrations or dissolved in different solvents will be put on separate plates. This way of layout may increase the number of plates because there could be three solvents and three concentrations.
