Trolox 

Trolox (GMP) is Trolox (HY-101445) produced by using GMP guidelines. GMP small molecules works appropriately as an auxiliary reagent for cell therapy manufacture. Trolox is an analogue of vitamin E with a powerful antioxidant effect. Trolox is also a powerful inhibitor of membrane damage^[1][2].

Trolox (GMP) 已显示可保护哺乳动物细胞免受氧化损伤。Trolox (GMP) 在细胞培养研究和左冠状动脉前降支 (LAD) 闭塞 2 小时后再灌注 4 小时的犬模型中可有效预防肌细胞坏死^[1]。
Trolox (GMP) 可以防止氧化应激诱导的胸腺细胞凋亡。用 Trolox (GMP) 对细胞进行预处理或后处理可将 H₂O₂ 诱导的 DNA 片段化降低至控制水平及以下^[2]。
Trolox (GMP) 是 α-生育酚的亲水性类似物，据报道在十二烷基硫酸钠胶束和脂质体中清除过氧自由基的能力优于维生素 E。Trolox (GMP) 可显著延长人心室肌细胞和肝细胞抵抗黄嘌呤氧化酶和次黄嘌呤产生的氧自由基的存活时间，并防止暴露于偶氮引发剂的红细胞裂解^[3]。
