Trypsin (MS grade)  (Synonyms: 胰蛋白酶（MS 级）)

Trypsin MS grade is a serine protease enzyme, and hydrolyzes proteins at the carboxyl side of the Lysine or Arginine. Trypsin MS grade activates PAR2 and PAR4. Trypsin MS grade induces cell-to-cell membrane fusion in PDCoV infection by the interaction of S glycoprotein of PDCoV and pAPN. Trypsin MS grade also promotes cell proliferation and differentiation. Trypsin MS grade can be used in the research of wound healing and neurogenic inflammation^{[1][2][3][4][6]}.

使用方法
建议使用 1 mM HCl 溶解或稀释。推荐酶切比例为重组胰蛋白酶：目的蛋白=1：20-1：100，最适 pH 为 7.0-8.0。
