Anti-Mouse Delta-like protein 1/DLL1 Antibody (HMD1-5) can be used for research on inflammation conditions such as lupus nephritis[1][2][3].

Animal Model: Female MRL/lpr mice with a spontaneous lupus model (8 weeks)[3]
Dosage: 5 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice a week, for 10 weeks
Result: Reduced the number of kidney B cells, plasma cell ratio, and IgG+ B cell ratio.
Reduced the incidence of skin lesions.
Improved the deposition of IgG and C3 in glomeruli.
Decreased urinary protein to creatinine ratio.
