Animal Model: C57Bl6/J, Balb/c, NXG, and SCID mice (>20 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 25 and 100 µg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, 3 times a week
Result: Efficiently depleted neutrophils.
Animal Model: SCID mice were injected with IMR32 cells in a 1:2 mix with Vitrogel Hydrogel Matrix[1]
Dosage: 100 µg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, 3 times a week
Result: Showed complete neutrophil depletion.
Animal Model: IgG immune complex-mediated K/BxN serum transfer arthritis mice models[2]
Dosage: 5 µg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, 1 day before arthritis induction and again at day 2
Result: Abrogated arthritis.
Animal Model: Peritonitis model induced by IL-1β[2]
Dosage: 5 µg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, 5 days before and once again 3 days before peritonitis
Result: Altered the ratio of WT-to-CD18-/- migrated neutrophils.
