Anti-Mouse myeloperoxidase/MPO Antibody (6G4) is an anti-mouse myeloperoxidase/MPO IgG2c monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse myeloperoxidase/MPO Antibody (6G4) can activate the cGAS/STING pathway. Anti-Mouse myeloperoxidase/MPO Antibody (6G4) induces acute and chronic kidney injury in mice. Anti-Mouse myeloperoxidase/MPO Antibody (6G4) is often used in the construction of inflammation conditions models such as anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitides (AAV)[1][2].

Animal Model: Female C57BL/6J mice (8-10 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 0.75 mg, combined with anti-rat glomerular basement membrane serum (100 μL, i.v., on day 0), anti-MPO mAb (6D1) (0.75 mg) and LPS (0.5 μg/g) (HY-D1056)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose on day 5
Result: Caused 70% of glomerular necrosis or crescent formation during the acute phase.
Caused 70% of glomerular scarring during the chronic phase.
Increased the infiltration of neutrophils and macrophages in the acute phase and T cells in the chronic phase.
Significantly upregulated inflammatory factors and ECM molecules.
Animal Model: Female C57BL/6J mice (8-12 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 1 mg, combined with fMLP (10 μg, intratracheal injection (i.t.)) (HY-P0224), LPS (10 μg, intratracheal injection (i.t.)) (HY-D1056) and anti-MPO mAb (6D1) (0.5 mg)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose
Result: Relied on the cGAS/STING/IFN-I pathway to synergistically induce severe pulmonary hemorrhage and inflammation with bacterial ligands.
