Anti-Mouse Ter-119 Antibody (TER-119) is an anti-mouse Ter-119 IgG2b monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse Ter-119 Antibody (TER-119) can increase platelet count. Anti-Mouse Ter-119 Antibody (TER-119) can remove red blood cells and their precursor cells to isolate and enrich natural killer (NK) cells. Anti-Mouse Ter-119 Antibody (TER-119) can be used for research on immune thrombocytopenia. Anti-Mouse Ter-119 Antibody (TER-119) can be used to construct a model of immune thrombocytopenic purpura combined with CD41 mAb[1][2][3].

Anti-Mouse Ter-119 Antibody (TER-119) (50 μg，腹腔注射，单次剂量) 与 CD41 mAb 联合可用于在雌性 BALB/c 小鼠中构建免疫性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP) 模型[2]。

Animal Model: CD41 mAb induced female CD1 mice (6-8 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 25 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose, on day 2
Result: Significantly increased platelet count to 588-723×109/L on days 4-5.
Animal Model: Female BALB/c mice[2]
Dosage: 50 μg, combined with CD41 mAb (1 μg)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose
Result: Reduced platelet count.
Significantly upregulated mRNA expression of CXCL-1 and CXCL-5 in the spleen.
