Dosage: 4 mg/kg
Administration: 4 days prior to transplantation in combination with donor-specific blood transfusion treatment
Result: Induced indefinite survival (100%) at 100 days.
Animal Model: Experimental autoimmune neuritis rat models[2]
Dosage: 1 mg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection, at day 0 and day 12
Result: Reduced experimental autoimmune neuritis severity.
