Granzyme B 抗体 (YA1326)

Granzyme B Antibody (YA1326) is a Mouse-derived and non-conjugated IgG1 monoclonal antibody, targeting to Granzyme B.

The related gene encodes a member of the granzyme subfamily of proteins, part of the peptidase S1 family of serine proteases. The encoded preproprotein is secreted by natural killer (NK) cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and proteolytically processed to related generate the active protease, which induces target cell apoptosis. The protein also processes cytokines and degrades extracellular matrix proteins, and these roles are implicated in chronic inflammation and wound healing. Expression of The related gene may be elevated in human patients with cardiac fibrosis.

  Western blot analysis of GZMB (lane 2(5ng) and GZMB (lane 3(10ng)using Granzyme B (HY-P81581) Mouse mAb. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked with 5% defatted milk powder in TBST for 2 hour at room temperature. The primary antibody (HY-P81581, 1/1000) was used in 5% defatted milk powder in TBST at 4°C overnight. Goat Anti-Mouse/Rabbit IgG-HRP Secondary Antibody (HY-P8004/HY-P8001, 1/10,000) was used for 1 hour at room temperature.

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded Rat spleen tissue using Granzyme B Antibody (YA1326). The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 8 minutes. The tissues were blocked in QuickBlock for 20 minutes at room temperature, washed with ddH2O and PBS, and then probed with the primary antibody (HY-P81581, 1/200) in 4℃ overnight. The detection was performed using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. Tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.
