OXGR1 Antibody (YA1646) is a Rabbit-derived and non-conjugated IgG monoclonal antibody, targeting to OXGR1.
研究背景

OXGR1 是一种 G 蛋白偶联受体，主要识别二羧酸盐和氨基二羧酸盐。它是 itaconate 的受体，itaconate 是由 myeloid lineages 产生的代谢物。在呼吸道上皮细胞中，OXGR1 通过结合 itaconate 激活 GNA11 并触发下游细胞内 Ca2+ 释放，从而促进 mucocilliary clearance 以清除空气中的病原体。此外，OXGR1 也是 mast cells 在过敏炎症中产生的 leukotriene E4 (LTE4) 的高亲和力受体，可响应空气中的真菌过敏原，诱导肺上皮细胞释放 mucin，并调节 mucin-producing goblet cell 的稳态 (By similarity)。在肾脏中，OXGR1 作为 proximal tubule renal cells 在代谢性碱中毒时产生的 alpha-ketoglutarate 的受体，通过结合 alpha-ketoglutarate 驱动 SLC26A4/pendrin-positive intercalated cells 的 transepithelial salt reabsorption 和 bicarbonate secretion，参与 intrarenal paracrine signaling pathway (By similarity)。
