Caspase-3/7 activator 1 (Compound 7a) 对 Wi-38、Caco-2 和 HepG-2 细胞有抑制作用，IC50 值分别为 11.195 µM、0.088 µM、0.115 µM[1]。
Caspase-3/7 activator 1 (0.06 μM；72 h) 显著抑制 Caco-2 细胞凋亡抑制物 Bcl2 的表达 (下调 Bcl2 0.471 倍)。Caspase-3/7 activator 1 对 Caco-2 和 HepG-2 细胞形态无显著影响[1]。
