Catharanthine Sulfate  (Synonyms: 硫酸长春质碱; (+)-3,4-Didehydrocoronaridine Sulfate)

Catharanthine ((+)-3,4-Didehydrocoronaridine) Sulfate, a constituent of anticancer vinca alkaloids, inhibits voltage-operated L-type Ca²⁺ channel (VOCC). Catharanthine Sulfate has IC₅₀s of 220 μM and 8 μM for VOCC currents in cardiomyocytes and vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs), respectively. Catharanthine Sulfate lowers blood pressure (BP), heart rate (HR). Catharanthine Sulfate has anti-cancer activity^[1][2].

Catharanthine ((+)-3,4-Didehydrocoronaridine；0.5-20 mg/kg；静脉给药；单剂量) Sulfate 可引起血压和心率的剂量依赖性降低^[1]。
Catharanthine (40 mg/kg；腹腔注射；单剂量) Sulfate 急性给药在 1 小时和 24 小时在雄性和雌性小鼠中诱导类似的抗抑郁样活性^[2]。
Catharanthine (20 mg/kg；腹腔注射；连续 14 天) Sulfate 在 D7 或 D14 增加小鼠游泳时间并减少不动时间^[2]。
