IDO1-IN-7 is a highly potent and selective indoleamine-2,3-dioxygenase-1 (IDO1) inhibitor, with an IC50 of 6.1 nM in in the cellular assay (SKOV3). IDO1-IN-7 has immunomodulatory effects. IDO1-IN-7 can be used for the research of cancer[1].
