MCE VF 594 Click-iT EdU Universal Cell Proliferation Detection Kit contains EdU and VF 594 Azide dye, along with the catalysts and buffers required for click chemistry. It can be used for simple, rapid, efficient and sensitive cell proliferation assays.Hoechst 33342 is also provided in the kit for cell cycle analysis. This kit is suitable for fluorescence microscopy, laser confocal microscopy or flow cytometry detection. 100T refers to detect 100 samples for 96-well plates.

  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

    Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
