iNOs-IN-6 is an anti-inflammatory agent. iNOs-IN-6 inhibits NF-κB, iNOS, and MAPK expression(IC50: 0.2-0.62 μM). iNOs-IN-6 reduces IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-1β pro-inflammatory mediators levels (IC50: 0.4-0.69 μM)[1].
