Me-Indoxam 

Me-Indoxam is a potent and cell-impermeable secreted phospholipase A₂ (sPLA₂) inhibitor^[1].

Me-indoxam (0.01–10 M) 不影响人肺巨噬细胞 (HLM) TNF-α 和 IL-6 的基础分泌。hGX (1 μg/mL) 与不同浓度的 Me-indoxam 预孵育 (15 min, 37°C) 后再加入 HLM，剂量依赖性地抑制 TNF-α 和 IL-6 的释放。在 TNF-α 和 IL-6 释放时，Me-indoxam 的IC₅₀ 值分别为 253±72 和 320±87 nM^[2]。
