Remdesivir maleate  (Synonyms: GS-5734 maleate)

Remdesivir maleate (GS-5734 maleate) is a nucleoside analogue with effective antiviral activity. Remdesivir maleate can inhibit the synthesis of viral DNA or RNA. Remdesivir maleate can be used for the research of infection, such as SARS-CoV and MHV infection^[1][2][3].

Remdesivir maleate 在感染了鼠肝炎病毒 (MHV) 的 DBT 细胞中，抑制 MHV 的复制，其 IC₅₀ 值为 1.1 μM ^[1]。
Remdesivir maleate (2 μM, ，感染前 2 小时和感染后 2 小时给药) 在感染 MHV 的细胞中显示出最大抑制效果^[1]。
