tau/Aβ40 aggregation-IN-1 (Compound 20; 0.1-10 μM; 24 h) 在 SH-SY5Y 细胞中显示出对冈田酸 (HY-N6785) 诱导的 tau 毒性的神经保护作用[1] 。
tau/Aβ40 aggregation-IN-1 抑制电鳗 AChE、人 AChE 和马血清 BChE，IC50 分别为 4.4、16.10 和 0.96 μM。tau/Aβ40 aggregation-IN-1 在 10 μM 对人 BChE 有16% 的抑制作用[1]。
