Anti-c-Kit/CD117 Antibody (SR-1) is a kind of mouse IgG2a κ chimeric antibody inhibitor, targeting to human c-Kit/CD117. Anti-c-Kit/CD117 Antibody (SR-1) binds to the extracellular domain of human c-Kit (also known as CD117) and blocks stem cell factor (SCF) binding to CD117. Anti-c-Kit/CD117 Antibody (SR-1) can be used for the researches of cancer and immunology, such as gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) and xenograft[1][2].

Anti-c-Kit/CD117 Antibody (SR-1) (500 μg，腹腔注射，细胞植入后每周一次，持续 2 周) 可抑制 GIST430/GIST882 异种移植肿瘤 NSG 小鼠的肿瘤生长[1]。
Anti-c-Kit/CD117 Antibody (SR-1) (500 μg，静脉注射，在第 1、3、5 和 7 天给药) 可清除异种 HSC 移植的 NSG 小鼠体内的正常和骨髓增生异常综合征的人造血干细胞[2]。

Animal Model: GIST430 xenograft tumor mice models of imatinib (HY-15463)-resistant and GIST882 xenograft tumor mice models of imatinib-sensitive (4-8 weeks, NSG mice)[1]
Dosage: 500 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, weekly 2 weeks after cells engraftment
Result: Inhibited tumor growth.
Animal Model: Human hematopoietic stem cells (HSC)-xenografted NSG mice (prenatal day 0 (P0) to P3 newborn pups) [2]
Dosage: 500 μg
Administration: Intravenously injection, at days 1, 3, 5, and 7
Result: Depleted human CD451CD13/331 cells.
Depleted cells from high and low-risk MDS subtypes.
Generated human myeloid and lymphoid cells in the BM.
Allowed subsequent engraftment of healthy human HSCs and restored of normal human hematopoiesis.
