Anti-CA19-9 Antibody (1116-NS-19-9) 

Anti-CA19-9 Antibody (1116-NS-19-9) is a kind of mouse IgG1 κ chimeric antibody, targeting to human CA19-9. Anti-CA19-9 Antibody (1116-NS-19-9) reacts with carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9), which is overexpressed in certain cancers, such as gastric and pancreatic cancer. Anti-CA19-9 Antibody (1116-NS-19-9) can be used for the detections of immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and flow cytometry^[1].

  Flow cytometric analysis of 1X10⁶ COLO205 cells with Anti-CA19-9 Antibody (1116-NS-19-9) (HY-P990872, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HY-P8005) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Mouse IgG1 kappa (HY-P99977, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
