Anti-Human/Rat HER2 (neu) Antibody (7.16.4) (100 μg，腹腔注射，每日一次，从第 13 天到第 17 天) 可延缓携带 TUBO 肿瘤的雌性 BALB/c 小鼠的肿瘤生长[2]。

Animal Model: 5×105 TUBO cells injected female BALB/c mice (5 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 10 mg/kg, combined with Pyrotinib (10 mg/kg, p.o., 5 times a week)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice a week, for 21 days
Result: Significantly inhibited tumor volume.
Significantly inhibited the HER2 signaling pathway (downregulation of pHER2, pAKT, pERK).
Reduced tumor cell proliferation.
Did not significantly affect the weight of mice.
Animal Model: 8×105 TUBO cells injected female BALB/c mice (6-8 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once daily from day 13 to day 17
Result: Delayed tumor growth, but could not completely eliminate the tumor.
Increased the proportion of PD-1+ CD8+ T cells.
