Anti-Mouse CD205 Antibody (NLDC-145) (HER2/neu 胞外域与 NLDC-145 抗体组成的复合物) (50 μg，肌肉注射，在第细胞转移前第 21 天和第 7 天给药) 可抑制 D2F2/E2 肿瘤小鼠模型中的肿瘤生长并提高存活率[2]。

Dosage: 50 μg
Administration: Intramuscularly injection, at days -21 and -7
Result: Showed slow tumor growth.
Increased survival rate.
Showed higher percentage of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells producing IFN-γ and TNF-α.
