Anti-Mouse CD25/IL-2Rα Antibody (PC-61.5.3) is a rat-derived IgG1 λ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to mouse CD25/IL-2Rα. Anti-Mouse CD25/IL-2Rα Antibody (PC-61.5.3) can deplete CD25+ T cells. Anti-Mouse CD25/IL-2Rα Antibody (PC-61.5.3) can be used for the researches of immunology and inflammation, such as atopic dermatitis[1][2].

Anti-Mouse CD25/IL-2Rα Antibody (PC-61.5.3) (400 μg，腹腔注射，每周 3 次，持续 3 周) 可在免疫性血小板减少症小鼠模型中耗竭 CD25 阳性 T 细胞[1]。
Anti-Mouse CD25/IL-2Rα Antibody (PC-61.5.3) (300 μg，腹腔注射，在用 MC903 (HY-10001) 治疗前 2 天开始每 2 天给药一次) 可减轻小鼠的特应性皮炎[2]。

Animal Model: Atopic dermatitis-like dermatitis mice models[2]
Dosage: 300 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, every 2 days two days prior to treatment with MC903 (HY-10001)
Result: Effectively depleted CD25+ IL-33R+ ILCs in the skin dLNs.
Reduced IL-5 and IL-13 production in the ear skin.
Significantly diminished ear thickening.
Reduced orthokeratosis and acanthosis and reduced dermal inflammation consisting ofmononuclear leukocytes and granulocytes.
