Animal Model: Female BALB/c (H-2d) mice (6-8 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 0.2 mg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose on day 0
Result: Significantly reduced the number of CD4+ T cells.
Significantly inceased the percentages of CD4+CD25+ T cells in peripheral Treg.
Animal Model: 1×106 EG7 cells injected C57BL/6 mice (6-8 weeks)[3]
Dosage: 5 mg/kg, combinated with the OVA peptide vaccine (s.c., on day -14, -7, 0, and 6)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day -8 and 6
Result: Significantly reduced the weight of spleen and liver.
Increased the infiltration of CD8+ T cells.
Reduced CD4+ T cells in non tumor liver tissue.
Animal Model: Male CBA/H (H-2k) mice (7-9 weeks)[4]
Dosage: 0.2, 1.0, 4.2, 4.8 and 5.4 mg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day -1, 1, 3, 7 and 10
Result: Efficiently depleted CD4+ T cells 2 weeks after transplantation.
Maintained low CD4+ T cell levels (9 %) at a high dose (5.4 mg) for 6 weeks after transplantation and the transplant remained alive.
