Anti-Mouse CD80/B7-1 Antibody (RM80) is an anti-mouse CD80/B7-1 IgG2a monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse CD80/B7-1 Antibody (RM80) can inhibit the number of tissue-resident memory (TRM) cells. Anti-Mouse CD80/B7-1 Antibody (RM80) can prolong the survival time of transplants combined with CD86 mAb. Anti-Mouse CD80/B7-1 Antibody (RM80) can be used for researches on inflammation conditions and immunology such as viral myocarditis and corneal transplant[1][2][3].

Animal Model: 1×109 pfu CVB3 virus injected male C3H/He mice (5 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 5 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 0 and day 3
Result: Significantly reduced the area of myocarditis to 6.00 %.
Animal Model: 1×109 IU Ad-R9F vaccine injected C57BL/6 mice (6-8 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 300 μg, combined with CD86 mAb (300 μg)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice weekly, for 2 weeks
Result: Significantly reduced the number of E7 specific CD8+ T cells in the early stages.
Had a relatively small impact in the later stage.
Animal Model: Male BALB/c (H-2d) mice (6-8 weeks)[3]
Dosage: 0.1 and 0.25 mg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 0, 2, 4, 6, and 8 after transplantation
Result: Significantly prolonged the survival time of transplants.
Significantly reduced edema and infiltration.
Significantly reduced CD80+ cells.
