Anti-Mouse CD8α Antibody (2.43) (100 μg，腹腔注射，在第 -1、0、1、7、21 和 36 天) 在硫酸软骨素 (CS) (HY-B2162) 耗竭的人胎儿聚集蛋白聚糖 (HFPG) 诱导的关节炎雌性 BALB/c 小鼠中耗竭 CD8+ T 细胞，并增强关节炎的严重程度[3]。

Animal Model: C57BL/6.SCID mice (4-6 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on the 4th and 2nd day before transplantation
Result: Significantly reduced CD8+ T cells.
Extended the survival time of transplants.
Animal Model: CS-depleted HFPG (75 μg) induced female BALB/c mice (6-8 months)[3]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day -1, 0, 1, 7, 21 and 36
Result: Caused earlier onset and significantly higher severity of arthritis.
Caused 3 mice to reach the highest score.
