Anti-Mouse/Human IL-7 Antibody (M25) is an anti-mouse IL-7 IgG2b monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse/Human IL-7 Antibody (M25) alleviates inflammation by blocking IL-7 signaling and inhibiting innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s) activation. Anti-Mouse/Human IL-7 Antibody (M25) can reduce the number of B cell precursors. Anti-Mouse/Human IL-7 Antibody (M25) can be used for researches on inflammation conditions such as airway inflammation[1][2].

(In Vivo)

Anti-Mouse/Human IL-7 Antibody (M25) (500 μg/鼠，腹腔注射，单次剂量，注射木瓜蛋白酶前 3 小时) 显著减少了 Papain (HY-P1645) 诱导的气道炎症野生型 C57BL/6 小鼠的嗜酸性粒细胞浸润并减轻了炎症[1]。
Anti-Mouse/Human IL-7 Antibody (M25) (3 mg，腹腔注射，每 3-4 天一次，持续 2 周) 显著减少了注射 CD34+ 细胞的 NSG 小鼠中 B 细胞前体的数量[2]。

Animal Model: Papain (100 μg, intranasal injection, on day 0, 1, and 2 ) induced wild-type C57BL/6 mice (8-12 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 500 μg/mouse
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose, 3 h before Papain injection
Result: Significantly reduced eosinophil infiltration.
Reduced the expression of ST2 in innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s).
Reduced the level of IL-5.
Animal Model: NSG mice injected with CD34+ cells[2]
Dosage: 3 mg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 3-4 days for 2 weeks
Result: Significantly reduced the number of B cell precursors in T mice (without hTSLP).
