Anti-Mouse/Human PrP/prion protein Antibody (TW1) is a mouse-derived IgG2a type antibody inhibitor, targeting to mouse/human PrP/prion protein. Anti-Mouse/Human PrP/prion protein Antibody (TW1) binds to both PrPc (cellular prion protein) and PrPSc (Scrapie Prion Protein) and blocks the interaction of prion protein with tau protein. Anti-Mouse/Human PrP/prion protein Antibody (TW1) can be used for the researches of Alzheimer’s disease (AD)[1].

Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, once a week
Result: Improved cognitive decline and spent more time with the novel object compared to the old object.

Reduced biochemical tau pathology.
