Animal Model: Mice were grafted with 5 x 105 TC-1 cells (C57BL/6, female, 5-6 weeks)[1]

Administration: Intravenously injection, one day before graftion and three times a week for 5 weeks after graftion
Result: Strongly reduced the TC-1 tumor growth.
Animal Model: B16F10E-knockout tumor mice models (C57BL/6, female, 7-9 weeks)[2]

Administration: Intra-tumourally injection, at days 4, 7, 11, 14 with 200 μg/mouse of anti-PD-1
Result: Suppressed tumor growth and decreased CD8+ cells.
Animal Model: Unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) mice models (CD1, male, 25-30 g) [3]
Dosage: 1, 3, and 10 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, daily for 5 days
Result: Decreased the elevated levels of Col1a1.
Induced a dose-related reduction in the binding of the FnEDA mAb.
Decreased collagen.
Animal Model: Endogenous models of advanced murine pancreatic cancer (C57BL/6, female, 6-8 weeks)[4]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Twice weekly for 21 days
Result: Exhibited lower serum levels of TGF-β and lower levels of TGF-β and downstream signaling marker p-SMAD2/3 in skeletal muscle.
Improved survival and significantly less weight loss.
Had higher fat mass, skinfold thickness, and bone mineral density.
Significantly decreased proteolysis.
Effectively attenuated pancreatic cancer cachexia with higher rotarod running speed.
