Anti-Mouse/Human VLA-4/CD49d Antibody (PS/2) is an anti-mouse/human VLA-4/CD49d IgG2b monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse/Human VLA-4/CD49d Antibody (PS/2) can reduce VLA-4 positive cells. Anti-Mouse/Human VLA-4/CD49d Antibody (PS/2) can inhibit the migration of Tc1 cells to tumors. Anti-Mouse/Human VLA-4/CD49d Antibody (PS/2) inhibits the retention of leukemia cells in the spleen and bone marrow by blocking VLA-4. Anti-Mouse/Human VLA-4/CD49d Antibody (PS/2) can be used for research on inflammation conditions and cancer such as experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), melanoma and leukemia[1][2][3].

Anti-Mouse/Human VLA-4/CD49d Antibody (PS/2) (150 μg，静脉注射，单次剂量) 显著抑制了携带 M05 肿瘤的 C57BL/6 小鼠 Tc1 细胞向颅内肿瘤的迁移[2]。
Anti-Mouse/Human VLA-4/CD49d Antibody (PS/2) (10 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每周两次，持续 5 周) 显著减少了患有慢性淋巴细胞白血病 (CLL) 的野生型 C57BL/6J 小鼠脾脏和骨髓中的肿瘤细胞[3]。

Animal Model: 1×106 PFU SFV-A7 virus induced female BALB/c mice (6-8 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 0.1 mg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every other day, from day 4 to day 14
Result: Significantly reduced the incidence rate to 10 % and the average incidence day to 14.0 days.
Significantly reduced inflammation and some mouse brain tissues were completely free of inflammation.
Reduced VCAM-1 expression and decreased VLA-4 positive cells.
Animal Model: 5×104 M05 cells injected C57BL/6 mice (5-9 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 150 μg
Administration: Intravenous injection (i.v.), single dose
Result: Significantly inhibited the migration of Tc1 cells (inhibition of 85 %).
Animal Model: 5×106 splenocytes from TCL1-tg mouse injected wild type C57BL/6J mice[3]
Dosage: 10 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice a week, for 5 weeks
Result: Reduced the number of tumor cells in the spleen and bone marrow.
Reduced peripheral blood leukemia cells.
