Anti-Mouse ICOSL/CD275 Antibody (HK5.3) can reduce the expansion of tissue resident (TR) Treg cells. Anti-Mouse ICOSL/CD275 Antibody (HK5.3) can be used for researches on inflammation and infection conditions such as influenza virus infection and arthritis[1][2][3][4].

Animal Model: HDTV injected wild-type C57Bl/6 mice[1]
Dosage: 100 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 0, 3, 6, and 9 after HDTV injection
Result: Significantly increased the number of liver cells.
Animal Model: 200 PFU H1N1 virus primary infected and 2×104H3N2 virus followed infected C57BL/6 mice (6-15 weeks)[3]
Dosage: 500 μg for first-dose, 250 μg for subsequent doses
Administration: Intravenous injection (i.v.), on day -1, 1 and 3
Result: Significantly reduced the expansion of TR Treg cells (especially IL-10+ subpopulation), but did not affect other T cell subpopulations.
Had no significant effect on PD-1 expression, but reduced the survival rate of TR Treg cells.
Reduced the level of IL-10.
Animal Model: Bovine collagen injected female DBA1 mice[4]
Dosage: 15 mg/kg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 19, 21, 23, and 25
Result: Significantly delayed the onset of arthritis.
Reduced inflammation score.
Reduced joint damage, cartilage injury, and inflammatory cell infiltration.
