Anti-Mouse IL-12 p35 Antibody (C18.2) is a rat-derived IgG2a κ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to mouse IL-12 p35. Anti-Mouse IL-12 p35 Antibody (C18.2) can neutralize IL-12. Anti-Mouse IL-12 p35 Antibody (C18.2) can be used for the researches of infection, inflammation and immunology, such as airway inflammation and F. tularensis infection[1][2].

Animal Model: Ovalbumin-induced allergic airway inflammation mice models[1]
Dosage: 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at days 33 and 37, 2 h before the ovalbumin challenges
Result: Decreased the airway hyper responsiveness and eosinophil and lymphocyte counts in the BAL fluid.
Reduced ovalbumin -specific IgG2a levels and CD3+CD4+ cells.
