Anti-Mouse IL-25 Antibody (2C3) (500 μg/mouse，腹腔注射，在每次 OVA 致敏前 1 天和每次 OVA 雾化前 4 小时) 在卵清蛋白 (OVA) 诱导的过敏性哮喘小鼠模型中，能显著降低炎症并预防气道高反应性[2]。
Anti-Mouse IL-25 Antibody (2C3) (500 μg，腹腔注射，在每次 MCT 处理前 4 或 12 小时给药) 在中链甘油三酯 (MCT) 诱导的过敏小鼠模型中，能强烈抑制过敏的发展[3]。

Animal Model: Oxazolone (HY-126360)-induced colitis mice models (BALB/c, female)[1]
Dosage: 500 μg/mouse
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, before colitis-induction
Result: Significantly reduced weight loss, diarrhea and gross bleeding.
Completely reversed shortening of the colon.
Had less damage to the intestinal walls, less ulceration, and reduced bloody stools.
Resulted in a significant decrease in the circulating numbers of eosinophils and levels of IL-4, IL-13.
Animal Model: Ovalbumin (OVA)-induced mice models of allergic asthma (BALB/c, 6-12 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 500 μg/dose
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at 1 day before each OVA sensitization and 4 h before each OVA aerosolization
Result: Resulted in a marked abrogation in airway hyperresponsiveness.
Significantly reduced the levels of cellular infiltration around the lung vasculature, goblet cell hyperplasia in the airways, and levels of antigen-specific serum IgE and eosinophil infiltration.
Decreased the levels of IL-5 and IL-13.
Animal Model: MCT (medium chain triglycerides)-induced allergy mice models (BALB/c, female, 7-8 weeks)[3]
Dosage: 500 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, 4 or 12 h before each MCT
Result: Suppressed development of shock (hypothermia) .
Decreased MMCP1.
