Anti-Mouse IL-27 p28 Antibody (MM27.7B1) is a mouse-derived anti-mouse IL-27 p28 IgG2a, κ type antibody inhibitor. Anti-Mouse IL-27 p28 Antibody (MM27.7B1) can neutralize IL-27. Anti-Mouse IL-27 p28 Antibody (MM27.7B1) delays CD8+ T cell reconstitution mediated by IL-27 after murine anti-thymocyte globulin (mATG) treatment in BALB/c heart allografts mice models[1][2][3].

Anti-Mouse IL-27 p28 Antibody (MM27.7B1) (500 μg/mouse，腹腔注射，感染后第 0 和第 5 天) 可以抑制柯萨奇病毒 B3 (CVB3) 感染的小鼠中 IL-27 对心肌炎的保护作用[3]。

Animal Model: C57BL/6J mice were transplanted with BALB/c heart allografts and treated with either mATG[1]
Dosage: 0.25 mg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at days 6 and 11 after transplant
Result: Inhibited CD8+ T cell expansion measured on days 12 and 16.
Did not affect reconstitution of CD4+ T lymphocytes.
Abrogated the upregulated expression of IL-7Rα chain on CD8+ T cells caused by lymphoablation.
Animal Model: Viral myocarditis mice models (BALB/c mice, 6-8 weeks) [3]
Dosage: 500 μg/mouse
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, at day 0 and 5 after CVB3 (Coxsackie virus B3) infection
Result: Accelerated the development of myocarditis and exacerbated the severity.
Declined survival rate of mice.
Showed marked and continuous bodyweight loss.
Increased the percentage of Th17 cells and the levels of IL-17A, TNF-α and IL-6 proteins
