Anti-Mouse LAG-3 Antibody (C9B7W) 

Anti-Mouse LAG-3 Antibody (C9B7W) is an anti-mouse LAG-3 IgG1 monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse LAG-3 Antibody (C9B7W) can enhance CD4⁺ T cell function and exert anti-tumor effects without blocking the interaction between LAG-3 and MHCII. Anti-Mouse LAG-3 Antibody (C9B7W) can be used for research on cancer such as head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC)^[1][2][3].

Anti-Mouse LAG-3 Antibody (C9B7W) (10 mg/kg，腹腔注射，每 3 天一次，持续 14-21 天) 与 PD-1 单克隆抗体联合使用显著提高了由 Nitrochin (HY-33354) 诱导的 C57BL/6 小鼠头颈部鳞状细胞癌 (HNSCC) 的存活率^[2]。
Anti-Mouse LAG-3 Antibody (C9B7W) (10 mg/kg，腹腔注射，在第 7, 10 和 14 天) 在携带 SA1N 肿瘤的雌性 C57BL/6 小鼠中表现出显著的抗肿瘤活性^[3]。
