Anti-Mouse NKG2A/C/E Antibody (20D5) can exacerbate liver pathological damage by enhancing the activation of iNKT cells. Anti-Mouse NKG2A/C/E Antibody (20D5) (200 μg，静脉注射，每 3-4 天一次，共 3 次) 与 PD-L1 mAb 联用显著抑制携带 A20 或 RMA-Rae-1β 肿瘤的雌性 C57BL/6J 或 BALB/C 小鼠的肿瘤生长[2]。

Animal Model: Con A (10 mg/kg, i.v.) induced C57BL/6 mice or α-GalCer induced (2 μg, i.p.) DBA/2J mice[1]
Dosage: 300 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), single dose, 2 days before Con A or α-GalCer injection
Result: Increased serum AST and ALT levels.
Aggravated liver pathological damage.
Increased serum IFNγ levels.
Animal Model: 5×106 RMA-Rae-1β cells injected female C57BL/6J or 5×106 A20 cells injected BALB/c mice[2]
Dosage: 200 μg, conbinated with PD-L1 mAb (50 μg for BALB/c mice and 200 μg for C57BL/6J mice)
Administration: Intravenous injection (i.v.), once every 3-4 days for 3 times
Result: Significantly inhibited tumor growth (75% BALB/c mice survive), relying on NK and CD8+ T cells.
Significantly inhibited tumor growth (45% C57BL/6J mouse survival) and induced long-lasting anti-tumor memory CD8+ T cells.
