Animal Model: 1×105 TC-1 or 2×105 MC-38 cells injected female C57BL/6J mice (6-8 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intravenous injection (i.v.), twice a week, for 2 weeks
Result: Significantly increased the complete remission rate to 57 %.
Extended survival by 28 days.
Reduced CD8 T cell exhaustion within tumors without increasing functional markers.
Inhibited the number and effector memory differentiation of peripheral antigen-specific CD8 T cells.
