Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, companied with CTLA-4 Ig
Result: Prolonged graft survival and showed euglycemia.
Decreased NKG2D+ cells and proliferation of CD8+ T cells.
Animal Model: Colitis mice models[3]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, twice a week from 2 to 4 week
Result: Showed no CD4+NKG2D+ cells and lower increase in the white blood cell.
Reduced weight:length ratio of colon and colonic wall thickness.
Animal Model: Panc02 tumor mice models[4]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneally injection, every 3 days beginning from 3 days before tumor cell implantation
Result: Promoted tumor growth.
Abrogated the enriched environment-induced inhibitory effect on tumor growth.
