Anti-Mouse RANKL/CD254 Antibody (IK22/5) inhibits osteoclast formation and activity by specifically blocking the binding of RANKL and RANK. Anti-Mouse RANKL/CD254 Antibody (IK22/5) can inhibit the expression of MuRF1/Trogin-1 and activation of NF-κB. Anti-Mouse RANKL/CD254 Antibody (IK22/5) can be used for research on cancer such as melanoma or colon cancer and osteoporosis[1][2][3].

Animal Model: Bovine type II collagen (200 μg) (HY-NP102) injected male DBA/1 mice (6 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 300 μg/mouse
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), three times per week for 14-21 days
Result: Bringed bone density close to normal levels and preserved joint structures intact.
Significantly improved bone erosion and reduced tartrate resistant acidic phosphatase (TRAP) positive osteoclasts.
Did not affect humoral immune response.
Animal Model: 2×105 B16F10 or 1×105 RM-1 cells injected C57BL/6 wild-type (WT) mice (6-16 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 200 μg, combined with anti-CTLA4 mAb (200 μg) (HY-P99132)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day -1, 0, and 2
Result: Significantly reduced the number of lung metastatic nodules, relying on NK cells and IFNγ.
Animal Model: 1×105 B16F10 or RM-1 cells injected C57BL/6 WT mice (6-16 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 200 μg, combined with anti-CTLA4 mAb (200 μg)
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), once every 2-4 days from day 3 to 12
Result: Significantly inhibited tumor growth, relying on FcγRIV and CD8+ T cells.
Animal Model: CS-exposed (for 24 weeks) induced COPD in female C57BL/6 mice (6-8 weeks)[3]
Dosage: 100 or 250 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), twice weekly for 24 weeks
Result: Significantly improved muscle atrophy and restored muscle function.
Inhibited the expression of MuRF1/Trogin-1 and activation of NF-κB.
