Anti-Mouse TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 Antibody (2.11) is an anti-mouse TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 IgG monoclonal antibody. Anti-Mouse TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 Antibody (2.11) can deplete Vγ1 γδ T cells. Anti-Mouse TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 Antibody (2.11) can be used for research on cancer and inflammation conditions such as mastitis and colon cancer[1][2].

Anti-Mouse TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 Antibody (2.11) (80 μg，腹腔注射，在第 1、3、6、10 和 14 天) 显著抑制携带 CT26 肿瘤的雌性 BALB/c 小鼠的肿瘤生长[1]。
Anti-Mouse TCR Vγ1.1/Cr4 Antibody (2.11) (200 μg，静脉注射，单次剂量，感染前三天) 在患有乳腺炎的 C57BL/6 小鼠中耗竭 Vγ1+ γδ T 细胞[2]。

Animal Model: 3×105 CT26 cells injected female BALB/c mice (6-8 weeks)[1]
Dosage: 80 μg
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.), on day 1, 3, 6, 10 and 14
Result: Significantly reduced tumor volume.
Reduced the production of IL-17A in the tumor microenvironment.
Reduced the number of Vγ1 T cells.
Animal Model: 1×107 CFU Staphylococcus aureus ATCC27543 induced C57BL/6 mice (7-12 weeks)[2]
Dosage: 200 μg
Administration: Intravenous injection (i.v.), single dose, three days before infection
Result: Did not significantly affect the pathological progression of mastitis or the production of IL-17A.
