Anti-Rat CD4 Antibody (OX-38) 

Anti-Rat CD4 Antibody (OX-38) is a mouse-derived IgG2a κ type antibody inhibitor, targeting to rat CD4. Anti-Rat CD4 Antibody (OX-38) can deplete CD4⁺ cells. Anti-Rat CD4 Antibody (OX-38) can be used for the researches of immunology and infection, such as borna disease and transplantation^[1][2][3][4].

Anti-Rat CD4 Antibody (OX-38) (2 mg，腹腔注射，在感染前 1 天、感染后第 1 天、第 14 天和第 21 天给药) 可抑制博尔纳病病毒感染的大鼠模型中的脑炎和博尔纳病^[1]。
Anti-Rat CD4 Antibody (OX-38) (0.4 mL，器官移植前 3 天给药) 可显著延长 Lewis 大鼠体内肝和心脏同种异体移植物的存活时间^[2]。
Anti-Rat CD4 Antibody (OX-38) (1 mg/rat，腹腔注射，每周 1 次，共 8 周) 可增加肺孢子菌感染的肺炎大鼠模型的感染易感性^[3]。
Anti-Rat CD4 Antibody (OX-38) (5 mg/kg，单剂量) 可诱导 DA 受体鼠对 PVG 移植物的无反应性^[4]。
