Casirivimab (REGN10933) is a human monoclonal antibody that targets the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which causes COVID-19. Casirivimab is ineffective against COVID-19 variants. Casirivimab can be used in combination with Imdevimab (HY-P99342), which alters the lung response of K18-hACE2 mice to the SARS-CoV-2 δ variant, effectively reducing viral load and improving symptoms[1][2].

Casirivimab (400 μg (Casirivimab 和 imdevimab)，腹腔注射，单次剂量) 与 imdevimab 的联合使用在对抗 δ 变异株方面表现出了积极的效果，但在应对 Omicron 变异株时则显示出减弱的抗病毒能力[2]。

Animal Model: K18-hACE2 mice vaccinated with the SARS-CoV-2 δ or Omicron variant[2]
Dosage: 400μg; single dose
Administration: Intraperitoneal injection (i.p.)
Result: Decreased amount of subgenomic E RNA (sgE RNA), which reduced the viral load and improved lung pathology in δ. Weakened antiviral effectiveness in the body against Omicron.
