Fibrinogen (Bovine) 

Fibrinogen (Bovine) is a selective proteolytic molecule that can be activated by thrombin to assemble fibrin clots. Fibrinogen can regulate the activation of NF-KB in endothelial cells and upregulate the expression of inflammatory chemokines MCP-1 and MCP-1. Fibrinogen plays a key role in blood clotting, thrombosis, atherosclerosis and the pathological development of venous grafts, and can be used in the study of blood clotting and vascular diseases^[1][2][3].

Fibrinogen (0.3, 2, 4 mg/mL; 30 分钟) 可以诱导内皮细胞层对白蛋白的通透性剂量依赖性增加能引起内皮细胞间的间隙形成，导致白蛋白泄漏^[2]。
Fibrinogen (2, 4 mg/mL; 1, 6, 12, 24 小时) 通过内皮细胞单层的泄漏随时间和剂量的增加而增加^[2]。

Fibrinogen (2, 4 mg/mL; 30 分钟) 能够引发 ERK 磷酸化的剂量依赖性增加^[2]。
Fibrinogen (1000 µg/mL; 4 小时) 可以调节内皮细胞 (HUVEC) 中 NF-κB 的激活 NF-κB，并与 p50，p65，c-Rel 亚单位特异性地结合^[3]。
Fibrinogen (250 µg/mL; 4 小时) 诱导的 NF-κB 激活是独立于多粘菌素B (HY-K1044) (5 µg/mL) 和 IL-1β (HY-P80503) (5 µg/mL) 的^[3]。
Fibrinogen (100, 250, 500, 1000 µg/mL; 4 小时) 能够特异性地、浓度依赖性地上调内皮细胞中 MCP-1 和 IL-8 mRNA 的表达^[3]。
