Ibalizumab (TMB-355) is a humanized anti-CD4 IgG4 monoclonal antibody. Ibalizumab prevents HIV cell entry by binding to CD4 receptor. Ibalizumab can be used for the research of infection, such as HIV-1 infection[1][2].

Ibalizumab (400 μg/mouse，腹腔注射，第 1、3、5 和 7 天给药) 在感染 HIV-1CH058 的人源化小鼠模型 (NDG-HuPBL) 中可抑制 HIV-1 病毒载量[1]。

Biological Activity
  • Immobilized huCD4-ECD can bind Ibalizumab. The EC50 for this effect is 3.922 ng/mL.
  • Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5X106 THP-1 cells with Ibalizumab (HY-P99028, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control.
