(±)-cis-Sertraline-d₃ (hydrochloride) is the deuterium labeled Sertraline hydrochloride. Sertraline hydrochloride is an antidepressant of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) class. Sertraline hydrochloride is researched for a number of diseases, such as major depressive disorder and obsessive[1][2].

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process.
