描述

RANKL/TNFSF11 protein is a cytokine that binds to TNFRSF11B/OPG and TNFRSF11A/RANK and serves as a key regulator of osteoclast differentiation and activation. In addition, it is a factor that enhances the ability of dendritic cells to stimulate naive T cell proliferation, indicating its importance in regulating the interaction between T cells and dendritic cells, as well as its potential role in T cell-dependent immune responses. Animal-Free RANKL/TNFSF11 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived animal-FreeRANK L/TNFSF11 protein, expressed by E. coli , with C-His labeled tag. This product is for cell culture use only.

Stored at -20°C for 2 years from date of receipt. After reconstitution, it is stable at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for longer (with carrier protein). It is recommended to freeze aliquots at -20°C or -80°C for extended storage.
