描述

ASGR1/ASGPR1 mediates endocytosis of desialylated glycoproteins, recognizing galactose and N-acetylgalactosamine units. Ligand binding leads to internalization and sorting organelle transport, followed by receptor return to the cell membrane. ASGR1/ASGPR1 interacts with LASS2. ASGR1/ASGPR1 Protein, Human (HEK293, hFc) is the recombinant human-derived ASGR1/ASGPR1 protein, expressed by HEK293, with N-hFc labeled tag.
