HCMV Glycoprotein B/gB 蛋白 (HEK293, Fc)

The gB Protein is an envelope glycoprotein that plays a role in host cell entry, cell-to-cell viral transmission, and infected cell fusion. gB Protein interacts with heparin sulfate proteoglycan and forms an association with gH/gL heterodimer. HCMV Glycoprotein B/gB Protein (HEK293, Fc) is a recombinant Virus-derived HCMV Glycoprotein B/gB protein(with cleavage site mutated RTKR to TTQT), expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag. HCMV Glycoprotein B/gB Protein (HEK293, Fc), has molecular weight of 160-170 kDa.
