研究背景

KCNQ4 是电压门控钾离子通道 (Kv) 的成孔亚基,参与调节耳蜗感觉细胞的兴奋性。KCNQ4/Kv7.4 通道由 4 个成孔亚基组装为四聚体构成,通过促进动作电位复极期的钾离子外流来调节可兴奋细胞的膜电位。该通道传导缓慢激活和失活的电流,在正电位下常表现出一定的内向整流特性。体外实验表明,除钾离子外,通道可能对其他阳离子也具有选择性通透性,亲和力依次为 K(+) = Rb(+) > Cs(+) > Na(+)。KCNQ4 对维持内耳正常生理功能(如声音感知)至关重要。
