Biological Activity

•    A unique collection of 10,000 compounds with 5,000 Bemis-Murcko scaffolds, making it a valuable tool for accelerating drug discovery.

•    Scaffold Diversity: The library contains a wide array of distinct chemical scaffolds, ensuring broad coverage of chemical space and maximizing the probability of identifying hit molecules.

•    Functional Group Richness: For each scaffold, two derivative molecules are designed, introducing functional groups with varying properties, sizes, and polarities at different sites to enable preliminary exploration of structure-activity relationships.

•    All compounds are available off the shelf.

•    All compounds are validated by LCMS or NMR to ensure high purity and quality.

Product Details

Formulation:

A 10k compound library, which balances both excellent diversity and the capacity for preliminary analysis of structure-activity relationships, making it an ideal starting library for high-throughput screening.

Layout:

96-well storage tube or 96-well plate: 1st and 12th column are left empty.
384-well plate: the first two columns and the last two columns are left empty.
Compounds with different concentrations or dissolved in different solvents will be put on separate plates. This way of layout may increase the number of plates because there could be three solvents and three concentrations.

96- or 384-well Plates with Peelable Foil Seals; 96-well Format Sample Storage Tubes with Screw Caps and Optional 2D Barcodes.
